    Zelf vind ik het erg handig om mijn CRM-systeem te koppelen met ERP software. In de ERP software wordt bijvoorbeeld opgeslagen welke producten en diensten zijn afgenomen door mijn klant. Door deze informatie beschikbaar te hebben in het CRM-systeem, wordt het makkelijker om upselling strategieën toe te passen op bestaande klanten. Ik ben van mening dat dat toch ook een van de essentie's is van een CRM-systeem. Goede informatie over je klant verzamelen, zodat je hem een goed aanbod kunt doen.
