How to Re-activate a Shopify Store?

Did you deactivate your Shopify store and want to reopen it? Or can you not access your Shopify store somehow and it’s invisible to customers?

    1. Log in to Your Shopify Store as a Store Owner

      The first step is to log into your account.

    2. Pay Your Missing Bills if You have any

      If you have missing bills, you will automatically see them before entering your account as in the image below.

    3. Go to Plans and Permissions

      Next, in the Shopify admin account, tap on settings and you see plans and permissions tab.

    4. Click Select a Pricing Plan

      You will not be automatically directed to your existing plan. If your store has been deactivated for more than 30 days, you need to pick a new plan as you did when you created your account in the first place. Once you get your plan, you can begin to resell your products!
