Prisync’s engine runs three daily price update cycles. You will receive your instant price change email to your inbox at the end of each cycle.
Can I get notifications via channels other than email?
Since Prisync’s engine will update prices at the end of each cycle, if you don’t want to receive email notifications, you can see price change information on the dashboard itself.
Can I set threshold triggers for instant alerts?
Yes, you can. Since having a wide range of pricing can be a bit much to follow, you may choose to be informed accordingly by setting a nominal or a percentage threshold, as needed. If the changes are below the percentage you choose, you will not receive a price change report. Depending on your choices, you can concentrate on larger modifications. You can set this up on “Send price change email if changes above this threshold” section. However, the general report will continue to inform you about prices and stock levels for you and your competitors.
Do I get notified if a competitor goes out of stock instantly?
Yes, we do have stock change report that can be sent instantly. Also, the Instant Price Change emails you receive will include competitors’ old and current prices, their changes accordingly, and stock information. If you have set a pricing rule, you will also receive SmartPrice suggestions for your products.
