Product Feed Integration

Connect once. Keep your catalog current.

Use the product feed you already maintain instead of repeating manual imports whenever your catalog changes.

Connect once

Use your existing GMC-compatible product feed without rebuilding or reformatting it for Prisync.

Stay current

Add, update or remove products in your feed and let Prisync follow those changes on your selected sync schedule.

Keep your history

Your existing price history and competitor history stay intact throughout synchronization.

Sync safely

Built-in safeguards stop broken or empty feeds from unexpectedly wiping your product catalog.

How it works

Request it. We’ll help set it up.

Our team helps connect your product feed and configure synchronization for your catalog.

  1. Request Feed Integration

Let us know you want to connect your product catalog using a product feed URL.

  2. Share your feed

Your feed can be XML, CSV, TSV, TXT or Google Sheets. Password-protected feed URLs are supported.

  3. We configure the integration

Our team maps your feed fields to Prisync and helps configure synchronization based on your catalog.

Automatic catalog updates

Your feed becomes the source of truth.

Once synchronization is enabled, Prisync compares your feed against the catalog using a mandatory unique product identifier.

  • Existing matching IDs are updated.
  • New products are added up to your package limit.
  • Products removed from your feed are removed from the synced catalog.
  • A stable unique identifier such as SKU is required for matching.

What happens during a sync?

  • Match Existing product ID found → product updated
  • New New product ID found → product added
  • Removed Product missing from feed → product removed
  • History Pricing and competitor history remain intact
Nothing starts over

Your catalog changes. Your pricing history stays.

Synchronizing your product feed does not mean starting from scratch. Prisync preserves existing price history and competitor history as your catalog is updated.

  • Price history preserved
  • Competitor history preserved
  • Existing matching products updated
  • No unnecessary catalog reset
Safe by design

A broken feed should never break your catalog.

Feed Integration includes safeguards designed to stop unexpected or incomplete feed data before it causes destructive changes.

Empty feed protection

If Prisync receives an empty feed, synchronization is automatically cancelled instead of deleting your entire product list.

Required field checks

If a required field is missing, the synchronization stops and surfaces a clear error instead of continuing with incomplete data.

Product limit protection

If new products exceed your package limit, the overflow is logged and surfaced rather than silently ignored.

Optional synchronization

Sync on the schedule that fits your catalog.

Automatic synchronization is optional and disabled by default. Once enabled, you can choose from the supported synchronization schedules.

  • Every 24 hours For frequently changing catalogs
  • Weekly For regular catalog updates
  • Monthly For slower-moving catalogs
  • Manual One manual sync per 24 hours

Yes. A manual one-time synchronization can be triggered once per 24 hours.

What happens to my existing price history?

Existing price history and competitor history are preserved when matching products are updated during synchronization.
